Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Eio Books. We ask you to become familiar with our intended interests before submitting anything—no point offering what we do not publish.

Please do not send us e-mail submissions or submissions on disk.

Please do not send us works of poetry, romance, or children's books.

To submit a MS: send a typed or printed proposal (a synopsis, a chapter-by-chapter outline and one or two sample chapters)—nothing handwritten, please—along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you want your material returned, please include a SASE. If you don't want your material returned, include a SASE anyway since we probably won't get back to you if you don't.

Publishing is a busy business—expect a wait of at least two months before receiving a reply.

Please do not send original artwork, photographs, or manuscripts without retaining a copy. And we urge you—learn to use your spell checker before sending out your work. Almost forgot: becoming familiar with grammar, style, pacing, voice, and the market can't hurt.

Your cover letter should contain your complete contact information (including phone number, address, and email).
